Shadow of Blue

Director Carlos Lascano’s second piece in a trilogy of shorts, Shadow of Blue, is a touching story where fantasy and reality merge to make dreams come true. A true mixed-media piece, the short utilized puppetry overlaid with CG and human eyes to emphasize expression for the main character. The sets and backgrounds were a blend of practical, live footage and CG. The result is a beautifully poignant and touching piece. This spot was a co-production between Les Films du Cygne and DreamLife Studio in Association with Eallin Motion Art.
