Skype Level 48

Skype on Xbox One is a wonderfully crafted double-edged sword. On one hand, sharing a video call while shooting zombies is a great way to multitask. On the other, it could be a huge distraction if your life depended on you killing those zombies. To better explore this dilemma we teamed up with Pereira O’Dell to create 2 day, 12 hour live-streaming event to publicize all the features of using Skype on Xbox One. In doing so, we entered a labyrinth of integrated and interactive content. 

 It started with a College Humor video from Jake & Amir announcing the event and pushing fans to a website to pick a side… Jake or Amir. On that website users were asked to design each room, with details about the event and how the fans could use Skype to be part of the live show. The 12 hour live event featured Bobby Lee hosting a show in which Jake & Amir would battle each other playing video games while fans joined the show via Skype, Twitter, Twitch and our website.
