Red Bull‘3D Soundclash'

Warp Vs Ninja Tune Red Bull’s Soundclash is an ongoing live series that brings together two musicians of different sounds, styles, and influences and places them under one roof. For this Soundclash Red Bull changed the set up slightly by adding Martyn Ware and Illustrious’ 3D Audioscape technology and bringing together two of electronic music’s most groundbreaking record labels, Warp and Ninja Tune. To mix things up even more Red Bull wanted to add a touch of mind-bending 3D visuals to the mix, which is where we fit into the picture. Having already experimented on audio responsive software and visuals, we were ready to take on this project and collaborate with some of our favorite record labels and best friends. Together with onedotzero, digital designers Quayola, Field and Thomas Traum, and the Royal Albert Hall in London we were able to create one of Red Bulls more memorable events. As six artists from Ninja Tune and Warp played 30-minute sets using an immersive 3D sound system we kept the visuals dancing around the room in time with the music. This roller coaster of tunes, trance, and trippy design left everyone dazed and begging for more.
